I Md SHABBIR AHMAD, Resident of kumhar toli, Bari Bazar chaibasa respectfully inform you that the HP Petrol Pump owner "JUTHARAM RANGLAL" 1) Shri SUNIT KHIRWAL, Explosive Licence No-P/EC/JH/14/876(P128001), Bari Bazar Chaibasa and HP Petrol Pump owner "M/S CHHAGANLAL AGRAWAL" 2) Shri CHHAGAN LAL AGARWAL.Explosive Licence No-P/EC/JH/14/549(P47156), Bari Bazar Chaibasa are jointly Kept closed their public Toilet by them.It is not Opened even after repeated requests from Public and Rudely Behavior to Customer in every working days and hours 6..00AM to 9.00 PM in the long run.
In the public demond to taking cognizance of which appropriate action needs to be taken against boths HP Petrol Pump owners.

Therefore, sir is again requested to investigate the above matter and please take appropriate action against boths these HP Petrol Pump owners.
