Dear sir,
I have purchased hp's pendrive model no. V220w on 17.12.2016 from snapdeal vide order id.[protected]. This product has given 2 years replacement guarantee. Two months ago my pendrive is having problem. While connecting it to the computer or laptop it indicates the message, "this disk is write protected" and i am unable use it.
I have contacted hp service centre. The service centre executive told me that service of pendrive should be given by the pendrive retailer. They give me service centre toll free number.
I contacted to toll free customer care and got an address in mumbai for service. I visited the service centre, they told me that they can't replace that product, because this model is not allowed in mumbai. They say that they can't do anything for it.
I again contacted to toll free. Then one of the customer assistant told me that this product is not available for retail in india. It is available only on online and suggested me to mail to the hp company.
As per suggestion, i mailed the hp company. But till my problem has not been solved.
I can't get solution from hp company so please help me in finding the solution and please replace the product or do the necessary action to the company. Was this information helpful? |
