Dear Sir, I have purchasedHP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4515 All-in-One Wireless Printer on 05.11.14. Copy and Scan not working Enclosed invoice for reference. Serial No: CN4912600K While making copy in printer, its not copying and in display its rotating as copying. same issue while making scan also.
