Customer care service is very slow i don't find any employee there that they want to resolve my problem n they said that my engineer is not here call me tomorrow I'm really sad from this type of customer care service
i want to say after this type of customer care service i'll never pay for hp product n i had buy two laptop but other company not hp because your customer care service is very slow n not effective
