Problem description : I am a final year student at IIT, I bought this laptop after lots of research and within a week time the screen of this laptop is not working i.e completely black. It is kind of blocker for my transactional work. I called call-center on very same day 28 July, with such issue in laptop & delayed customer service I am really worried and lost confidence in both HP brand & Laptop I purchased, I have fear that this laptop will have issue frequently in future. If i am wasting so much time to get issue fixed with brand new laptop then I would say this is not worth, and I did not observe any pro-activeness from HP to give any sort of confidence to customer who invested 1L INR on product. Since it has hampered my work a lot as my daily work is heavily dependent on laptop, so my father suggests to buy other brand laptop instead of wasting time on HP.
I want replacement of this item, but there is not process/way to convey this message to HP. Please suggest!! Was this information helpful? |
