[Resolved] HP India — Defective Laptop

I have hp probook laptop. It was given to my father from ONGC. It is customized product of HP for ONGC employees with extended warranty.
since i have got this laptop it always have problems in battery, scree, key board, mouse. it has been in service center for more time than can be used. two times i have replaced key board. but still it's not working properly. the service center are also not able to resolve the problem. whenever i have imp. work the laptop has been of no use. there is so much time and energy and money is wasted in repairing of laptop every time. I am tired and frustrated of it that's finally complaining here.

I want fully replacement of laptop. I hope i will get resolution soon from you.

This pc is from dlw, varanasi and its now facing some issues. As the pc is switched on it gets shut down on its own. As we on the computer its logo aapear and when the desktop gets on within 5 min it shut down of its own
