I had purchased HP Notebook - 15-bs662tu on 16th July, 2018 from Alco Info-Tech Pvt. Ltd., E-Mall(HP World), Kolkata - 700072.

Coming straight to the point, since day 1 this laptop is having certain issues. I don't really know if I was sold a genuine HP Product.
The Hard Drive of this laptop has crashed 5 times in the course of this 1 year and 3 months. The Case IDs of the respective crashes are as follows:
Case Number 1: [protected]. Date : 27th July, 2018
Case Number 2: [protected] Date : 22nd September, 2018
Case Number 3: [protected] Date: 9th October, 2018
Case Number 4: WO[protected] Date: 27th August, 2019
Case Number 5: Yet to receive Date of Crash: 13th October, 2019
All these cases are of Hard Drive Crashes, in which the hard drive has been replaced. I am a college student, using this laptop for assignment and project purposes. I am also doing an internship. I honestly cannot afford to take leaves or loose data every time.
Any person in his right senses would not believe these cases to be of a genuine laptop or a laptop that isn't defective. Yet again for the 5th time it has crashed yesterday (13th October, 2019).
If this is the way HP products work, or this is the way HP treats its customers, then it's fine. Arrange for the disposal of the laptop. I honestly cannot trust this company if this is the case.
Therefore, I request you to look into this matter and arrange for a replacement of the laptop at the earliest. If this cannot be done, arrange for it's disposal. I cannot file a complaint for the 6th time.
