HP India — delay in repair service

My pavillion notebook is in warranty period. I applied for my laptop repair on 28may 2018. The case was created. But today is 20th june 2018.
Still no engineer visit. Nothing. I call the service centre thrice a week. They says that once they recieve the part, they will allign engineer. Now three weeks after same reply. I called your main toll free service number they gave me contact number of head of service center. Then i called he said ask the service centre..
The triangle keeps going on but no resolution to my problem..
