[Resolved] HP India — Delayed service under warranty - hp all in one desktop computer 23-r011in

Complained about monitor not working properly. It was showing multiple horizontal lines making it unreadable. Complaint lodged on[protected]

However, the issue is not resolved till today.Initially i was informed that some replacement part had to be shipped to mumbai from their central warehouse. That reason was given for 2 weeks. Now i am informed that it has arrived but they do not have service engineers. Lousy service.

I’d like to help you, I am going to list down the possible causes:
1)Not enough power
2) You also might have a faulty graphics card.
3) BIOS/UEFI errors( BIOS hardware incompatibility)
4) Improperly installed components

To resolve the above causes you might need to do some troubleshooting.

Make sure your graphics card is properly seated.

Make sure the power supply is enough.

Next, check your BIOS/UEFI(preboot environment) for errors.

Finally, test the graphic card with other device.
