HP India — Did not receive my ordered recovery kit

I placed a Windows 8.1 recovery kit for my hp laptop as HP service center installed a duplicate windows when i had given my laptop for hard disk exchange. When i asked them to provide me a genuine windows they told me to buy a recovery kit as they do not provide it for free. So i ordered it and paid the money online but it's been over a long time i haven't received it yet. Very cheap products as well as service from HP. Really annoying
