HP India — driver issue

Hello, I facing issue while connecting to internet & also F2, F3 keys not working .it shows me error please installed hardware networking driver.following are details of my laptop:- HP 15 R007TX 15.6-inch serial no.-CND4454JJN still my laptop under warranty.so plz send your service engineer to resolve this issue as soon as possible because on sunday onwards may be i will go out of mumbai.so plz look into this.
