Dear sir, Please check my invoice copy MY PURCHASE DATE IS 29 JUNE 2022 but the windows installation date is 12 JUNE 2022 and this proof is clear that this product is open. When I opened the box, Windows 11 came out inside it while there was windows10 mentioned on top of the box. So I doubt I have been given an old/demo laptop that has been given by the seller after repacking. when I contact the dealer to take action then the dealer is saying I'm not responsible for it please contact to hp customer care, when I call hp customer care but the customer care officer is saying if there is any hardware issue then we can replace it otherwise you can use the same product, dear sir tell me one answer when I am paying for a new laptop, I should have give a new one, right I have attached all the proof related to the product. please check this and take striated action Was this information helpful? |
