HP India — hp 13 s10157 13.3 inch touch screen laptop - windows not working - re-installation reg

Purchased an hp 13-s101tu 13.3 inch touchscreen laptop (Core i5 6200 u 4 gb 1tb windows 10 home / intel hd graphics natural silver x000gdhzqb, serial number=8cg63161k3 totalling rs 54030/-, purchased on january 16 2017. Its hard disk is replaced by hp officials. But now it shows windows error. Make arrangements to reinstall windows in that system at the earliest.
