Dear Sir I am very much disappointed to inform you that my HP 15-D017 TU NOTEBOOK PC is dead since 12-08-14 and there is no action taken by the company till date. The following are the details:- Product model-HP 15-D017 TU NOTEBOOK PC S.no-5CB4052SOQ Purchase date[protected] Defect date[protected] Product no-F7P48PA Purchsed from-IT enterprises Jodhpur (scan copy of invoice attached) CASE ID No-[protected] I am very much surprised to see such delay in service in such a reputed company. My office work and personal life is very much affected due to it. I had been waiting for its resolution since approximetly last one and half month. If my problem is not resolved soon, I will have to be pressurised mentally to take a legal help from consumer court or any other source of help for customers. I will also report this matter to all social media and news media etc. Kindly help me immediately because I am totally harrased due to finanicial and business loss.
