Above mentioned bought on27/10/2015, developed a white patch 4 inches wide on right side from top to bottom of screen, reported to HP service call report copy attached, also right side of screen getting very hot, diagnosis "Problem in LCD panel"to be replaced"", Since the computer has developed problem in a few days o[censored]se only I did not agree for part replacement as suggested by Ensure support Services. I was directed to contact Mr:Kirankumar ODM HP. followed their suggestions but still the problem exists and the unit is of no use to me. Even after repeated calls, and emails I have so far not received any official reply from HP.
