I bought an hp notebook in the month of june 2019
The salesman informed me about the ongoing offer “back to college offer”
So i registered for the same, after payment and all my claim was approved on 30th june 2019. I paid ₹5097 for additional 2 years onsite warranty + 1 year of accidental damage protection + 1 year burglary & theft insurance for notebook + unistal software worth rs. 5000 + protegent antivirus + eat. Play. Hop card worth rs 9600 + bang & olufsen beoplay h4 headset
Out of which i have recieved all the offers except the bang & olufsen beoplay h4 headset which were supposed to be delivered till now
But there is no acknowledgment of dispatchment of the product yet.
After waiting for a long time of expected delivery
I talked to their customer care executive on 20 september, 2019
They assured me that it will be dispatched in 10-12 days
But today its been over 20 days and there is no sign of dispatch and even their customer care service is down from few days
There is no way to contact them.
Hp should not fool their customers like this.
They don’t even revert to the e-mails sent by me.
Pathetic service
Please resolve this issue.
