[Resolved] HP India — Hp back to college offer gifts not received | |||||
I purchased a laptop hp pavilion notebook 15-au003tx From hp service centre. I've been informed that i have to pay 2999 for 3 years onsite warranty, bluetooth speaker, theft insurance, hard disk drive and an antivirus. They have said that the hard disk and bluetooth speaker will be delivered maximum within 4 weeks. It's already more than a month but i have not got any message even about the product being dispatched. I have mailed hp redemption support countless times but they are not even replying. There is no way i could contact them and i have not got any confirmation about my 3 years warranty too. I advice the hp authorities to be a bit more professional and keep the customer informed if they are not able to meet the timelines. Please help me in getting my product delivered as promised.
