Dear Sir/Madam I an HP customer since 1 and half year. My Product name: HP Pavilion g6 Notebook PC and Serial number: 5CD2497317. I writing complain about my battery, my lappy shutsdown at 40% battery is done with no warning sign show. It shows that I need to replace battery beacause of some technical issues. Kindly resolve it as as soon as possible.
