[Resolved] HP India — hp black cartridge which is not working

I have purchased one number hp printer black cartridge 685, from anupam stationary, borivali west on 02/03/2019 bill no c2/52194/2018-19
Hp cart cz 121aa [protected]/18.00%blk
[protected]rs0685.00. When i put it in my hp ink jet advantage 4526 printer it is not working. Kindly replace the same and issues a new catridge
One as early as possiable.
My printer no. Serial no cn35m312yz

In the refrence to the above subject I would like to draw your kind attention towards that I had purchased a laptop of HP WINDOW 10 on 25.04.2018 from Delhi and now it is creating problem it data is following :
serial no. CND8032DF5

Kindly help and repair it.
