Pblx648664pb, very bad service i had ever seen,
I didn't get b&o beoplay h4 headset that is mentioned on the back to college offer of hp. The payment of rs 3000 i done that day when i purchased the hp pavilion laptop. It has been 5 month but i didn't get any update related to it and also their helpline number is not working properly. I didn't except from hp.
I think hp service is too bad to respond for customers.
The customer care not respond properly till now, he said simply sorry for inconvenience wait for 4 to 5 weeks.
After 4 to 5 weeks same answer repeating.
