Dear Sir,
I have purchased HP All in printer 1515 serial no. CN38417NF3 dated 18-Apr-2014. But suddenly it malfunctions. I reported this to authorised service center but they asked me to call customer care.
I am very upset with customer care service as they asked me to perform some functions and then concluded that it is a cartritge problem. I was asked to sent cartritge to their other center bearing the charges myself with no guaranty of resolving the problem. I even requested them to send a on-site engineer to find out the exact problem but they refused.
I think this is not the centre to serve people but to refuse or avoid them. Its a serious fault on behalf of HP that they are not serious with customer problems. This may going to hit them hard.
