I had bought hp aio 20 - c416il desktop on 5th november 2018 from a authorised hp dealer - galaxy computer land in rs puram, coimbatore.
The system has been giving trouble from the very start.
The monitor would not switch on most of the times. The system went for repair/service atleast 3 to 4 times. Sometimes i did not get the system back for atleast 2months. They told they need to replace mother board. Later they told me to buy a small ups for power fluctuations which i paid n got for 2000 rs. Then again for a few months it was ok. Now once again, the monitor is not switching on.
I feel like i made a big mistake in trusting hp. I have been a loyal customer of hp brand and even my laptop is from your brand only.
For a selfemployed professional like me, my computer is my bread n butter.
I faced a lot of stress, mental harassment and loss of work due to this.
So many softwares which i downloaded on that system went waste as it was system specific softwares for a particular time period.
I am attaching the "tax invoice" of my purchase.
I need my entire cost price (Rs.23500) plus rs.25000 for the mental harassment & loss of business i have suffered inspite of buying from a big brand like hp.
When i contacted support mr. Debashish dhar very rudely told me that it cant be replaced at all as its not in warranty period. He told to visit the service center and get the report - a process i have done before too.
I m tired. Please i need my hard earned money back.
