I am writing today to complain of the poor service i received from your company on 19/08/2017 i was visited by a representative of hp care
Sir, we are using more then 20 laptop, pcs & 5+ printers of hp company in our organization & we were satisfied with your service till date, but this we got very poor service from your service department at this time
Before telephonic request we were visited to

At the time of 1st visit they dissemble the laptop and found there is problem in mother board, they suggest us to request customer care for complain regarding to mother board
Then we complain in cc for mother board (Detail as below)

After receiving a mother board we again visited to service center for replacement of mother board & they told us there is water damage.
When i gave laptop to service center, it was in running condition & when they return me it is not in running
My query is why service center don't told us at the time of 1st visit for water damage & why they suggest for complain regarding mother board if there is water damage?
