HP India — Hp envy laptop

I have got a high end laptop recently from HP ( HP ENVY 360 ) and i have not expected such instance would occur that will completely destroy the user experience with a multi core laptop like this since i only use this laptop for my basic educational purpose and suddenly my laptop is dead..not switching on neither charging nothinggg… and this has severely affected my learning experience so i need this laptop to be replaced with an immediate effect.

I have already raised a case against this for which case no is -[protected]. You may send your person to come and get this check however i would not be satisfied if this is getting just repaired because after paying a big amount i dont wish to keep spending more for repairing this often so kindly treat this as urgent and get me the replaced one.
