HP India — No service provided since a month. He Hemant Mohan Sharma on Sep 13, 2016 Hello, I, Kanchan Kachare, have registered a complained about my HP Notebook (15- ac122TU ) at 06/08/2016. Case Number: [protected] Serial Number: CND53310PG There was keyboard problem in my laptop. After a long wait of 16 days your engineer (named Neeraj) finally came at 21/08/16. He opened the laptop and checked the situation.He found that keyboard not working. He prepared a Service Call Report for this purpose. Was this information helpful? | |||
