HP India — hp is not providing service and fixing my laptop screen

Hp is not providing service and fixing my hp laptop damaged screen. After contacting hp customer support, i received quotation from iqor (Hp service partner) on 24th july 2018. The quotation included cost of display screen and technician service fee. Even though my laptop is under hp care pack warranty which covers free on site service, i accepted the quotation unwillingly and approved iqor quotation on 25th july 2018 to fix my laptop. Iqor assured me that my laptop screen will be fixed with in 3- 5 days. Now 3 weeks completed till today, but no response either from hp or iqor. I called hp customer support for more than 20 times. Till now no response from hp. They are not even providing the status my replacing part and calling iqor customer support is waste of time. They will make wait on line and finally you will disconnect the call. I lost my hope that my laptop will be fixed by hp.

Please somebody help me, how to proceed further on this.
