GENTLE REMINDER-36.
This is another strategy to make money from Customers. First HP Sells a Laptop of Rs 80000/- to Customers like me and on that they start making money by replacing defective products like LCD Display Panel of Rs 35000/- and the Battery Cost of Rs 9000/- so the net cost to Customer of HP laptop has now become Rs 1.25 Lakhs to me which is not at all acceptable..
Please find a cost effective solution for resolving the Intermittent malfunctioning of the mouse which I am sure we can resolve by adopting better technique than by replacing the LCD Display panel completely where there is no guarantee from your end.
First of all the Service Engineer who visited my place was a fresher who was doing hit and trial. He didn't diagnose it properly and didn't share any RCA for the arrow/mouse issue. He told me that it might be due to this LCD display and told me that it would be replaced free of cost by HP..
Please take action against the Engineer Mr.Gaurav and blacklist the Service Provider M/s.Silicon Comnet Pvt for telling a lie to the Customer and on integrity issue.
Please assign this case to a reliable and genuine service provider.
The Laptop cost is 80000 and HP Service Provider is asking for 34k for LCD replacement and want to do a hit and trial at customers' cost for a minor issue without proper diagnosis. What is the guarantee that this issue will not come in my laptop after an investment of 34000/- for LCD Display.. How long will it last?
Don't cheat customers like this or else I'll have to do away with this HP product and will go for another Brand and it seems HP is tarnishing its brand image in India with faulty service and faulty products which Senior management of HP should take cognizance of the fact and take necessary action for the resolution of the issue.
Anticipate a positive and early response on this.
