Dear Sir/Madam, we M/s. Jewellery World, V.S.S. Marg, Sambalpur(ODISHA) having a hp Laserjet 1020 Plus printer but it is having problem from many days. We have also filed complaint twice on your complaint hotline number for the same & the complaint details are mentioned bellow but its very shame that not a single technician has visited to resolve the problem. For such a brand like hp, I didn't expect such misconduction of service providing. Well we hope it'll get resolved soon after this complaint.
