This is regarding a HP Monitor P204V Purchased on 5th November, 2020 and within in 6 months there was a dead pixels which are 5 now.

Product: 5RD66AA 5RD66A7
The customer service is saying it comes under induced damaged and will not come under warranty. Like Seriously? Dead pixel issue can not be created by a user, its due to some on the screen during manufacturing process. If you are saying that's physical damage you need to go and learn some electronic\computer technical basics. And Customer Service personnel think that customers are illiterate don't have any knowledge on such things. In the HP warranty policy its clearly mentioned that if there is 5 dead pixels then it is covered under warranty. Why are there warranty policies when they cannot adhere to that?
I want some action to be taken soon.
