I am a student of iit madras and i have bought this laptop on the last december and it has the 1-year warranty. But the laptop is not working properly from last 45 days i have contact to their service centre but i not getting a good response. Each time they say run this test and leave sometimes they have run the same test for the 4 to 5 times and each time it takes more than 4 to 5 hrs at that i can't use my laptop. I have registered my complaint in hp on 24th aug but the issues are not resolved yet. Every time they say they are forwarding to a higher authority. Was this information helpful? | |||
