HP India — Hp notebook laptop number pad inactive functioning

Sir,
From several months my hp notebook laptop number pad inactive for functioning. If several time connected with the online support center but it is very poor service for the customer. I purchased the laptop form e - mall, kolkata. Right now i am posted in sikkim, gangtok. So physically i can't take my laptop to the service center at kolkata.
Please do some needful action in this regard and solve my refered problem at an early date.
