[Resolved] HP India — HP - Pavilion - ACO53u | |||||
We had a problem with our laptop keyboard recently further we intimated the same to our computer service provider on 9th july 2016 and after 2 days of their inspection of laptop it is found that, that laptop it is under warranty hence they will intimate the same to hp. According to them the intimation to hp has been done on 12th july. After 8 days we received confirmation message to our mobile from hp. Next day a dedicated person visited our office and took that laptop for repair. And on 20th july we are receiving information that hp rejected to repair the laptop with warranty because the bill what we had provided was not clear as it dint have the seal it-seams. Now my question is why the hell did hp company take 8 days to respond to the call. (12th july intimation and confirmation massage received on 20th july) And also again they took 5 days to revert back regarding rejection of warranty service. This is very disgusting and inconvenient way that we experienced service with hp. Hence in future we will ensure that we never buy any hp products and we recommend the same to others.
