Quotation case id - [protected] I bought an hp pavilion notebook -13-b202tu last year. This year, a Month after its warranty expired, the battery conked off. I visited an Authorized hp service center in my city and the rep there told me that My battery needed replacement. Your partners @ iqor got in touch with Me on email a day or two later. It has been over a month (41 days since The first email) and there are no signs of the replacement battery being Provided. I am frustrated and angry. Hp sold me a faulty product which i can do Nothing about because my warranty expired 30 days before i knew there Was a problem. So now i have to shell out close to 20% of the original Price of the laptop. What's more maddening is that you cannot even Replace the battery within a reasonable amount of time.
