I am extremely disappointed with HP service and the credibility about the knowledge of HP engineers. I bought a Laptop (HP Pavilion x360 Core i5 - (8 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home) Y8J06PA 13-u112TU 2 in 1 Laptop (13.3 inch, SIlver, 1.66 kg) 5 days ago from Flipkart. The video quality is too poor to watch any movie. Spent around 6 hours with HP online support executives but they have Little knowledge about solving the issue. They are doing Trial and Error. Contacted Flipkart to replace the Laptop. They are not responding. I have lost my money seems. I am surprised to see how a company like HP cam make such a crap product and how come their technical support team is so weak !! Please help to Fix my issue. If so many of your people can not solve the problem and all are admitting the issue, then why are you not replacing the Laptop? Is it a really ethical business model? Just sell it to the customer and forget it !!
