While printing, black cartridge ran out of ink. Replaced the same. System then asked for replacement of magenta cartridge. Replaced that. The printer the said one or more cartridge is damaged. So returned to authorised dealer supplier and asked him to send a complete 5 set of cartridges. Dealer said he would try to seek replacement for the two returned and billed me rs 9400/-. However, none of the newly supplied cartridges enabled the printer to re-commence printing. The messages kept on asking for replacement of depleted cartridges. Complaint was lodged with service centre at chembur. However, he went away after cleaning, but could not resolve. I was forced to buy a new printer as i had urgent work.
Pl send someone to get printer 8600 working or replace the cartridges and make the printer to accept them or refund me the money for the cartridges. Was this information helpful? |
