Kerala, India Service No.[protected] To, HP Service Manager Respected Sir, HP Printer LJ1108, serial no.VNF5N 25095. I am totally disappointed by the service provided by you. I contacted at the service centre several times, but they are actually fooling me by saying that the problem will be solved as soon as possible. But the real problem still remains. Now I lost my toner also. what I must do. This is my second mail to the help desk. Now I cannot contact the service center (Maha Electronics, Kochi) to which I sent the toner, since they are not attending any calls. I wish if my printer would get back as soon as possible. I expect a reply as soon as possible. About two weeks has been finished, if you are not solving my problem I wiil be prompted to take legal measures. Please contact me as soon as possible.
