Dear sir/ madam,
It is to inform that on 26th march, 2016 my son mr. Nikhil s. Sivakumar visited m/s bhan computers ltd., mayur vihar-i, new delhi(An authorized service centre of hp india) for resolving minor issue with his hp laserjet m1136 printer. By 26th march, 2016 evening m/s bhan computers ltd. Informed over phone that dc board of printer is faulty and needs to be replaced it will cost amount rs. 3, 500/- and also the parts are not available will replace on monday i.E. 28th march, 2016. My son informed m/s bhan computers ltd told that he will come after 10 minutes with his dad (Prof. S. Sivakumar, professor of law indian law institute, opposite supreme court of india, new delhi) after that we can decide about it.

But after 5 minutes, he received a call again from m/s bhan computers ltd. That they had changed dc board of printer that will cost rs.3, 500/-. He and his dad visited the centre and asked them to show the faulty part, but they did not convince and could not show original faulty part. We felt that they had cheated us, hence we asked them to return the printer back. They told us to come after half an hour then they showed a tampered sticker old part which is not our systems and again by 6 o’clock they said we put the original parts and charged rs.344/- as estimation charge (Copy of service invoice enclosed) and returned back the printer. When we protested they told to discuss with mr. Balram, service engineer and his no[protected].

Yesterday i.E. 11.04.2016 we had shown this printer to our office amc engineer and after thorough checking they informed that the scanner unit installed in printer was of other printer i.E. Of hp laserjet 1007 instead of hp laserjet 1136. Apart from this small dc board and main motor were also faulty. To make the printer operational they had given the estimate of rs.2200/- (Copy enclosed).

Hence, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and lodge a complaint against m/s bhan computers pvt. Who informed a wrong estimation and informed huge costs for the parts replacement (Dc board) and cheated us and replaced the original parts. Hence i request you to kindly make necessary steps to pay the adequate payment as well as compensation to me for the said action. And also take action against m/s bhan computers ltd for misusing the agency.
An early and favourable action in this regard is highly appreciated.
