With reference to my above mentioned complaint. Hp assigned me complaint case # [protected] || CND4332KD3 regarding display and battery issue for my notebook. On 25 Mar 17, i got a call from Hp, Kolkata management team Mr Biswajit Ghosh . First of all he don't know wat he want to speak up, sometime he said don't buy any product from hp service center as they don't give 1 years warranty in their hp product and after that he asked me wat i really want from hp. During conversation he cut the call and when i trying to call back, he didn't picked up and after sometime again he called me.
Its quite disgusting to speak such type of person who behave like sabhji bechane wala. I am sure he is from sale department and Hp is not able to recognized his quality and put him in management team.
i clearly said and even mentioned in my email (Check below) which i sent him that i am not able to understand wat you want to say means am not able to handle such type of confusing character so its better if you handover this case to some one else or its better if you transfer this case to bangalore, as per my previous experience also i feel that bangalore guys are more cooperative and active in compare to kolkata. But instead of giving positive response or to cooperate he closed the case which is seriously disgusting and we can't even expect that hp recruit such type of psycho guy also. i still remember Mr Biraja Prasad Bidhar and Ms Praveen who worked in old airport road service center in 2015 and who are always be ready to help their customers even going beyond the limit also and see nowadays these type of cheap guy who think himself as CE0 Hp.
Please reopen the case and hand it over to Bangalore as i am also in banagalore only and i think its easy for us to find out the solution here in bangalore instead from kolkata.

Thank you for your precious time and patience during our discussion. We appreciate you for taking time and giving us a detailed summary of your experience with HP.
In regards to the complaint case # [protected] || CND4332KD3 regarding display and battery issue for your notebook, as discussed, notebook is in out of warranty and you will do the needful for replacing the part ( display ) from your end later.
As you do not want any further communication from our management or customer relation department end, we are going to archive this complaint at this point of time.

Dear Sir,
With reference to yours mail, first of all thanx for showing ur horrible attitude towards yours customers. Secondly, am not int to talk with you as you don't know how to behave professionally so it's better instead of closing this case please hand it over to some other person who know how to handle their customers and its better if you transfer this case to bangalore as bangalorin are more professional and handworker in compare to kolkata guys.
Thanx for wasting my time and please don't close this case as I am not satisfied from your reply.
