HP company was trusted by my friends and made me happy to trust too.
But after multiple issues faced by me, broken the trust in HP company.
The issues are as follows :
First I have bought a HP printer which is HP ink tank wireless 410 printer.
Suddenly within one day I have faced a print quality and E3 issue in the new printer.
And what happened HP company have helped me to replace with a new printer of the same model.
And I was happy. The technician visited and installation work done.
From the 4th day I was facing print quality issues and not solved by the HP company for 1 week.
Finally a good technician of HP company came and fixed the issue of print quality. And the printer worked fine.
The within a week next issue started was wireless network connection from my printer getting lost with any device.
And that also solved with in 3days.
But still a new issue faced was the scanner is not scanning full document for a photocopy done in physical printer.
And from HP service center I was not notified any kind of progress and I was forced to call them and asked what is happening and why it it happening.
They informed me they have ordered for parts to fix my issues. Then I told ok that's ok. But need to fix the error as soon as possible. They told me ok.
After fixing the parts like motherboard has been replaced scanner tube light has been replaced. And for 1 day it worked perfectly.
At night in the same day I faced a issue that the printer cannot be switched off when I press printer switch off button it will get switched off and automatically turn on and shows a symbol of n then.
I have contacted HP to raise a complaint for the printer having a issue that it's not getting turned off not giving a correct scanned copy or photocopy then the printer is not responding to the print which has been given by the laptop or system or mobile phone.
