HP India — Irresponsible behaviour | |||
I purchased a hp pavilion notebook - 15-ab522tx from m/s g. n. electronics, sambalpur on 9th june 2016. the seller told me about the offer of extended 2 years warranty, when i went to ask about the product in march. Then again he did not even mention it. after 10 days, i registered the product and tried to get the offer. it was rejected with the statement that it was only available if claimed within 7 days of purchase. This criteria was not even known to the seller. when i called him to ask about the same, he told he will do something about the problem. i called him everyday for 20 days and he re-assured me everyday that the problem will be solved. I went today to the store. he talked to his superior and told that nothing could be done now. What was this! first of all, he was himself negligent of all the details. secondly, he kept me hanging for 20 days. who is responsible for all this? he did not even accept his mistake.
