I buy 15 day's back hp laptop id is CND63417W0 but my laptop battery is saying "plug in not charging" past one week I am facing this issue when call to customer care they taking time only they are not rectifieing my problem I am really upset this hp service plz rectify my problem my contract no is [protected] I already called hp customer care they provide on id is[protected] Was this information helpful?
