I bought a laptop from flipkart and it was delivered on October 22. Initially I can't power it and I requested replacement within 7 days. Flipkart informed me that the technician will check my device in November 9 and take further action. The technician visited me on November 15 and confirmed my problem and technician said flipkart informed about it in November 14.That means after 14 days, it is unclear to replace it from there side(HP) . It was the first denial of justice from Flipkart.
Then I complained to Flipkart and they said they will fix the problem. That day flipkart changed my replacement policy to return and refund policy in my account without my permission. Is this fair?It was the second denial of justice that I faced. I purchase from you and it is your responsibility to fix any further issues within 7 days and you have no right to return and refund without the owner's permission. I regret buying from Flipkart.
