Case Id: [protected]
We have lodged complaint with our laptop display issue, they have issued case id no, but nobody is attending the same. Every time we call on call center they are replacing it with a new case id number instead of issuing the work order to service center. We are completely fed up with this behavior of the HP customer support center. They are not giving the escalation matrix details too to resolve this issue.
During lock down and work from home conditions it is truly challenging without laptop functioning for more than a week.
Pls help us.
