HP India — laptop not delivered

This is to inform you that I purchased HP laptop 15-r269TU on 13.4.15. On 16.4.15 vertical line began to appear in display panel. HP decided to replace the same and they issued DOA on 20.4.15. The same day I submitted the laptop with DOA letter to Reliance Digital Store, Allahabad. They promised to replace it within 10 days because it was out of stock. All above conversations were mailed. Complain no.[protected] and[protected]. When I went on 30.4.15, they said that they are still unable to provide laptop within 5 days. I feel that they again can’t provide laptop within 5 days. They always say that they are helpless because HP is not supplying the laptop to them. I said that if they refund my Rs.36, 470 then I can purchase my desired model from another HP Store. This is a profound request to you to sort out my problem because I don’t have any other laptop. I am facing Tremendous problems.
