[Resolved] HP India — laptop ordered on 19.05.2020 but not dispatched

I am trying to contact hp online store for 7-8 days for my order #[protected] dtd 19.05.2020 but persons from hp are not picking up the phone. I am not getting the email reply & order status is not being updated at the portal. This is very serious matter on part of hp.
Pl provide the dispatch status & dispatch it immediately as i require this laptop urgently. Copy of order snapshot enclosed.
