I had registered a case with HP :case no:[protected].My laptop is under warranry and after sharing all screen shots with techmicak team, I got a response that its a physical damage and it will not be covered under warranty.
This is so pathetic.When the user is saying nothing such has happened, how can you impose such a remark? It means HP wants to prove that customers are liars? I am an IT professional working from home and using HP laptop for 10 years now.Never had I complained before for any issues.I had faith on the brand and so purchased a new HP Laptop again in exchange of my old laptop.Now that my laptop screen is not working, how can HP say that its physical damage?
Is this the way HP deals with its customer? Even your technical department people are so rude.
