I have purchased HP Split x2 PC serial number 5CD 3328 wLG from HP authorized dealer at tilak road pune . Recently laptop was making noise while in operation with key board use to get hung up occasionally. System otherwise was completely operational. As a precaution i took it to HP service center. HP authorized service centre at Tilak Road Pune, examined and told there is issue with hard disk. I told them to take complete back up and then proceed with repairs or replacement as necessary. However without taking backup they started repairs and system went completely non operational. This resulted in loss of important data. For data recovery service centre expressed inability. Now I have withdrawn the system and request HP to replace laptop free of cost and pay me charges towards lost data and subsequent inconveniences.
