I would like to lodge a complaint about our HP Pro M706n printer which we have bought not even one year and have some problems and yet almost 3 months from now and yet HP is unable to solve the issue, They claimed they will replace a new unit for us but keep pending and pending and pending, we ask them when will be the replacement, the technician said don't know. The printer's serial no is CNBXH35HXM, Case ID was [protected], We are suffering from Jan 2016 till now, we are a royal cusotmer, we have at least 20pcs of HP color and mono printers (A3 and A4 size) in the office but the HP's service and quality is getting worse and worse.
