HP India — Manufacturing fault in hp officejet 4500 printer, but no replacement

Dear sir,
After 10 days of complaint, there are no action taken by hp customer care,
And i am strongly says that its manufacturing fault in this hp printer, so pal's replace it, otherwise, 6 times problem is not possible in a printer, i am already used a hp printer k-109, its really good, but 4500 is too bad for me.but hp service center says purchase new printer, forget this printer
