I have purchased a HP Omni 10.1 Tab on 14Apr 2014. Within 2 months of purchase the touch screen has stopped working and also the speaker. I have lodged a complaint and I was advised to meet the Service center, Maha electronics in Mysore. The touch screen got replaced within couple of days. But the Speaker was not replaced. The service engineer informed me that the speaker has been ordered and will be replaced soon. The device was with the Service center till Aug 2nd week. But the speaker issue was not resolved. WHen I raised the issue of the dealy, the device was handed over to me without solving the speaker issue and i was adviced to me that the speaker is not avaialble and will be delayed and I was asked to wait till the speaker arrives. later I raised the complaint through Online support and again I was asked to visit the same service center. But When I visited, I got the same reply from them. Then After series of complaints, my request finally my complaints reached the customer relation office. But now they are saying there is NO REFERENCE ORDER order for the Speaker raised form the service center and they are telling me that now they have registered the complaint. This shows that the HP's service center has not followed the standard process. Because of HP's mistake why I have to suffer. Now the HP customer relation officer is arguing with me about that this case is open only from 2 weeks. This is pure misleading from HP.
See First of all the HP product is not performing well and over that the HP company's commitment to customer concerns is poor. Now who will help us.
